1. Acceptance
By using creator.gssea.space (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
GSSea runs creator campaigns. You connect your own TikTok account, create content about the campaign’s featured products, and earn a campaign score based on how your own content performs. Participants are ranked on a public leaderboard, and prizes are awarded by final position. The Service displays only data belonging to accounts that have joined and authorized access; your detailed metrics are shown only to you in your personal dashboard.
3. Eligibility
You must own or be authorized to manage the TikTok account you connect, and you must comply with TikTok’s terms. Your use of TikTok via the Service is governed by TikTok’s terms and policies.
4. Participation & ranking
Joining the campaign means you consent to being ranked: your leaderboard position, display name, avatar, and campaign score are visible to other participants and the campaign organizers. Detailed analytics for your account remain visible only to you. You can leave the campaign at any time by disconnecting your TikTok account; your entry is then removed from the leaderboard.
5. Prizes
Prizes are awarded per final leaderboard position, subject to the campaign rules published for each campaign. Before awarding prizes, the organizer may verify metrics and may disqualify entries showing fraudulent or inauthentic activity — including purchased, automated, or otherwise artificial engagement. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service, access data that isn’t yours, or interfere with operation. Don’t attempt to manipulate rankings — including artificially inflating views, likes, comments, or shares through bots, engagement farms, or purchased interactions.
7. Disclaimer
Provided “as is” without warranties. Statistics come from TikTok; their accuracy and availability depend on TikTok.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSSea is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect anytime; we may suspend access for violations, including ranking manipulation.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
